Air-Vac History
Air-Vac Services Canada ltd. was founded in April of 1966. Starting out with one truck and one man to operate it, the Air-Vac vent cleaning service in the Lower Mainland was under way. Over the years Air-Vac has evolved from that one-man show to one of the largest HVAC system-cleaning contractors in the Greater Vancouver Regional District and Lower Mainland area.
During the past 40 plus years as an industry leader, Air-Vac has transformed from only servicing the residential market, to now servicing mostly commercial and strata properties. We still service a large number of residential clients. At Air-Vac Services we look forward to serving your ventilation cleaning needs for years to come.

Air-Vac System
At Air-Vac we employ highly trained technicians to carry out the complex cleaning strategies required for this industry. Our trained employees are equipped with state of the art equipment that is required to adhere to the Cleaning Standards set out by the NADCA. All employees wear uniforms and ensure that the areas being cleaned remain uncontaminated.
Our Process
Prior to doing any air duct cleaning, a technician will contain the system by sealing off all vent openings. When cleaning air vents and ductwork, we use a pneumatic whip to loosen dirt that has collected in the ductwork. It is then followed by a pneumatic snake that pumps in high pressure air through the ductwork "pushing" all accumulated dirt out to the vacuum truck.
